Where to get picked up

The City of Atlanta runs two designated rideshare zones a short walk from the gates: Zone 1 on Northside Drive (in front of GWCC Building C) and Zone 2 on Broad Street between Trinity and Mitchell. Door-to-door drop-off isn’t allowed — the event perimeter is GPS-blocked on match days.

Transit alternative

MARTA rail is the recommended route: all lines meet at Five Points, then one stop to the GWCC/SEC District or Vine City station, each a ~5-minute walk to the gates. Fare is $2.50 (tap any card), trains run every ~5 minutes on match days, and the Gold/Red line reaches downtown from ATL airport in ~25–30 minutes.

Match-day traffic

The I-75/85 “Downtown Connector” right beside the stadium backs up 60–90 minutes before kickoff and after the whistle; I-20 and Northside Drive jam too, with rolling closures inside the security perimeter. World Cup parking is pre-purchase only (no on-site sales).
